About

Small businesses deserve better websites than they can afford

The gap between what a good website costs and what a roofer, a dentist or a two-person law firm can justify spending has been the same for twenty years. AI closes it. That is the entire company.

Why we exist

Audit a hundred local service websites and you will find the same story a hundred times. The site was fine at launch. Then the hours changed, and a service was added, and a photo needed replacing — and every one of those was a quote and a two-week wait. So the owner stopped asking. Three years later the site advertises a service they no longer offer and lists a technician who left.

The problem was never the build. It was that changing a website has always cost more than it is worth. That is a labour problem, and it is the exact kind of labour that no longer has to be done by hand.

How it works

We find businesses whose sites are measurably broken, and we build them a complete replacement before we ever speak to them. Then we mail a postcard with a specific, verifiable diagnosis — a real speed score, a form that does not submit, a missing certificate — and a link to the finished site.

The owner looks at their new site and decides. There is no build fee, no discovery call, no proposal. If it is not better than what they have, it has cost them nothing but the two minutes they spent looking — and it cost us the build, which is the point.

After that, the product is the change loop. Text us what you want different. Most changes are live within the hour. There is no dashboard to learn, because the dashboard was never the thing you wanted.

What AI does, and what it doesn’t

AI owns the work

Auditing sites, reading a brand and deriving its palette, writing the content, building and checking every page, reviewing screenshots for defects, triaging support, executing routine changes, and writing the monthly report. This is the work that used to take an agency two weeks and a project manager.

A person owns the judgment

DNS cutovers. Quality sampling. Every cancellation conversation, without exception — that is where the roadmap comes from. And any reply that is not routine. Nothing gets automated here until it has been done by hand enough times to write the checklist the machine follows.

What we won’t become

A page builder

The moment customers edit their own pages, we own a page builder — a worse product that breaks the quality guarantee. You tell us; we do it.

A call centre

There is no phone number on this site on purpose. One channel — text and email — is what makes a 24-hour promise we usually beat by 23 possible.

A data business

We sell websites. We do not sell, share or broker your data, and the trust center says exactly who touches it.

What we won’t claim

We say “WCAG 2.2 AA targeted: keyboard navigable, contrast checked, zero automated violations at launch.” We do not say “ADA compliant,” because no vendor can honestly promise you legal protection.

Every diagnosis we mail states a machine-verifiable fact — a score, a broken form, a missing certificate — never an opinion about your business. Sites we build speculatively live on our own domain, are excluded from search, carry a visible notice that they are unofficial concepts, and come down within minutes of anyone asking.

See your site before you decide

We build your new homepage first, free. Look at the real thing, then decide.
