Seen a site on Curb that is phishing, impersonating someone, or breaking the law? Tell us and a person will look at it.

How to report

Email hello@hicurb.com with “Abuse report” in the subject line. Include the address of the page, what is wrong with it, and anything that helps us check — a screenshot, the message that led you there, the business being impersonated. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be a Curb customer.

If you have found a security vulnerability in a site we run or in our own systems, email security@hicurb.com instead.

What to report

Our Terms of Service do not allow any site we host to be used to:

  • Publish illegal content.
  • Impersonate another business, or trick people into handing over passwords, card details or money.
  • Make claims about licensing, certification or results that are not true.
  • Collect sensitive personal information — health details, financial account numbers, government identifiers — through forms we build.

A concept site built for your business

We sometimes build a site for a business before contacting them. Those sites live on our own domain, are excluded from search engines, carry a visible notice that they are unofficial concepts not affiliated with the business, and have their contact forms disabled.

If it is yours and you want it gone, tell us. It comes down within minutes. No conditions, no conversation, and you do not need to explain why.

What we do

A person reads every report. Where the problem is clear — phishing, impersonation, a concept site its business wants removed — we can take the site or page down while we look into it. Where it needs checking, we check and tell you what we found.

If a customer is using the service for anything illegal, abusive or misrepresenting, we end the agreement, as our Terms provide.

We reply to every message within 24 hours. We may not be able to tell you everything about another customer's account, but we will tell you what happened to the site you reported.

Copyright

If a site is using your photographs, writing or other work without permission, follow the copyright and DMCA process instead, so the notice has what the law needs it to have.
