Brand

The Curb brand

Everything you need to represent us correctly — the mark, the wordmark, the palette, the type, and the short list of things not to do to any of it. Press and partners are welcome to use these assets as-is.

The mark

A four-petal figure drawn from two intersecting quarter-circles. It reads at 16px and at billboard size, which is the whole point of it.

The wordmark

Lowercase, tight, geometric. It is a drawn asset, not a font setting — never retype it.

Palette

Near-black and deep greens, with one bright orange doing all the signalling. Colour carries hierarchy here; we do not use borders to separate surfaces.

Curb orange

#FF5C00

The brand colour. Primary buttons, links, active states.

Ink

#0D100F

Page background. Everything sits on this.

Stone surface

#1A1613

Secondary surface and section washes.

Stone raised

#231D18

Raised surfaces and cards.

Hairline

#2A2320

Borders and dividers, used sparingly.

Sage

#60917E

Status only — live, applied, success.

Bone

#F6F6F6

Primary text on dark.

Grey 300

#CDCDCD

Body text on dark.

Grey 500

#A9A099

Meta, timestamps, captions.

Typography

One typeface does almost all the work. Silkscreen appears in exactly one place — the headline statistic — and nowhere else.

Primary

Geist

Weights 300–700. Headings run tight at -0.03em tracking; body sits at 400 with generous line height. Numbers in tables use tabular figures.

Light · Regular · Medium · Semibold · Bold

Accent

Silkscreen

Reserved for the hero statistic. It is a punctuation mark, not a voice — used twice on a page it stops working.

Voice

Plain

We write the way you would explain something to a contractor standing in a driveway. No jargon, no growth-speak, no exclamation marks.

Specific

Numbers over adjectives. “Live within the hour” beats “lightning fast.” If we can’t verify a claim, we don’t make it.

Unhurried

No countdown timers, no fake scarcity, no pressure. The offer is the same today as it is next month, and we say so.

Usage

Do

  • Use the wordmark on ink, deep green, or a photograph dark enough to hold it.
  • Keep clear space of at least the height of the “c” on every side.
  • Scale the wordmark proportionally — the SVG is the source of truth.
  • Write the name as “Curb” in prose and lowercase “curb” only inside the wordmark itself.

Don’t

  • Don’t recolor the mark outside the palette on this page.
  • Don’t add a drop shadow, outline, gradient or bevel.
  • Don’t stretch, rotate, or rebuild the wordmark in a system font.
  • Don’t place the light wordmark on a light background — use the dark one.

Downloads

SVG only — it scales, and it is the format we design in.
