Websites that run themselves. AI does the work that used to take an agency two weeks — reading a site, building it, checking every page, making every change the owner asks for — and a person owns every judgment call. The about page says more, and the changelog shows what shipped lately.

Saying only what is true. Every claim on this site is something a machine or a person can check, and we would rather leave a line out than guess at it.

Doing it by hand before automating it. Nothing gets handed to an agent until it has been done enough times to write the checklist the agent follows.

Small, finished work over large, unfinished plans. The customer should be able to see the difference the same day.
